Bed panel: The main board is made of ≥1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate with perforated bed panel, which has breathable and anti-slip functions; the cold-rolled plate must be phosphated for corrosion protection and the surface is high-pressure electrostatic powder coating. The bed can bear a weight of ≥240kg;

Headboard and footboard:(1) Made of polypropylene (PP) material in one piece by blow molding, the surface is flat and can be used as a temporary emergency board. The four corners are equipped with anti-collision wheels to avoid collision damage to the bed when the bed moves, and special care and safe transfer of patients. The bed has handles on both sides. The horizontal handles are easy to disassemble, and the angled handles make it easy to move the bed. (2) The 7-inch screen control panel at the foot of the bed has a weighing function, a locking function, buttons for all body position functions, a CPR function, an alarm for leaving the bed, and a weight change function.

Guardrails:

(1) Made of polypropylene (PP) material in one piece by blow molding, there are four sets of straight up and down guardrails that retract under the bed surface when lowered. Each set of guardrails has a safety switch on the outside. The handle design not only meets safety standards but also makes it easier to move the bed.

(2) Safety guardrails cannot be opened when subjected to pressure from the inside out, but can only be opened when subjected to pressure from the outside in, effectively preventing patients from falling out of bed by opening the guardrails themselves.

(3) Angle displays are set on both the front and rear guardrails to clearly show the backrest lifting angle and the bed tilt angle. (4) Guardrail button functions: can operate the backrest lifting and knee lifting functions, and can operate all functions of the bed. (5) Position Function Display: Displays operational functions for easy operation.

Casters:

(1) Uses high-performance medical double-sided casters with a diameter of 5 inches (125±5mm). The double-wheel design prevents hair from getting caught, and is easy to push, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and quiet.

(2) Uses a centrally controlled braking system with brake pedals on both sides for easy pushing by medical staff.

Motor System:Equipped with four imported safe voltage motors, one control box, one weighing system, and a 7-inch large screen with weighing display at the foot of the bed. It can realize five functions of position changes and weight recording, has an alarm function for leaving the bed, and includes a battery pack.

Battery Pack:The battery system has an uninterrupted automatic charging device to provide power for pushing and emergency operation of the bed during power outages. Under-bed lighting function.

Weighing Function:The weighing system continuously monitors subtle changes in the patient's weight, displaying the difference in weight on the scale. This assists medical staff in their treatment work, reminding them of appropriate medical procedures. Features such as bed exit alarms improve the efficiency of medical staff.

Handheld Controller:Large icon buttons allow operation in all patient positions. It can be hung on the guardrail for easy operation.

Emergency Stop Device:An emergency stop button provides protection in emergencies by quickly pressing the button.

Drainage Hooks:Two movable ABS drainage hooks are installed on each side of the bed, located under the buttocks on both sides.

Infusion Pole:Made of high-quality stainless steel tubing, with a bottom tube φ22mm and an upper tube φ19mm, manually adjustable; the hooks feature a four-hook design for easy patient use.

Wire Hooks: The bed frame features ABS wire hooks on the side for easy winding of the power cord when moving the bed. This is convenient, aesthetically pleasing, and allows for convenient use.

Bed Surface Treatment: The bed frame surface undergoes shot blasting to remove oil and rust, followed by electrostatic powder coating that is non-flaking and rust-resistant.
