- The headboard, footboard, and side panels are crafted from solid wood, featuring a baked-paint finish. This treatment ensures a surface that is durable, lightweight, easy to clean, eco-friendly, and odorless; even after prolonged use, the product will not suffer from paint chipping or peeling. The headboard and footboard are securely fastened to the bed frame via screws, creating a robust and stable structure that prevents any wobbling.
- The bed is powered by four high-quality, low-noise medical-grade motors from a renowned domestic brand, ensuring smooth and seamless operation without any stalling. These four motors independently control the backrest elevation, leg elevation, lateral turning, and rotational functions. The handheld controller is simple and convenient to operate, featuring a built-in backlight that facilitates easy use even at night.
- The bed surface is constructed from a single sheet of high-quality carbon steel, formed via an integrated stamping process, and reinforced on all four sides with welded 25 × 25 mm support ribs. The bed frame is welded from 30 × 60 × 1.2 mm high-quality rectangular carbon steel tubing, providing exceptional load-bearing capacity and resistance to deformation.
- The side rails are formed from 22 mm diameter high-quality carbon steel tubing, utilizing an integrated bending and welding process; their diamond-pattern design maximizes the protective coverage area. The top rails are fitted with foam padding to ensure a comfortable grip.
- The mattress consists of a 2 cm layer of latex atop a 4 cm layer of high-density sponge; the mattress cover is removable and washable.
- The bed is equipped with 5-inch, high-grade, low-noise casters featuring fully sealed, self-lubricating internal bearings (extending their service life) that require no additional lubrication. Designed to prevent foreign objects from becoming entangled, each caster features an independent brake mechanism. The wheel treads are made from a durable, high-polymer TPR material that is highly wear-resistant and noiseless, allowing for light, smooth, and rapid movement.
- The entire bed frame undergoes a dual phosphating treatment followed by electrostatic powder coating. The bed frame features an antimicrobial finish that inhibits bacterial growth, resists acid and alkali corrosion, and is fade-resistant, thereby effectively extending the product's service life.
